On the land of the midnight sun, the annual Full Moon Dance Festival lit up Pyhäsalmi, a tranquil little town in Finland.

Being the first Taiwanese dance company ever invited to the event, B.DANCE is honored to present our dance piece “INNERMOST” and host a workshop at the 27th Full Moon Dance Festival.

Finnish performers and guest performers from around the world including Belgium, Brazil, Burkina Faso, Congo, Germany, Iraq, Luxemburg, Portugal, Senegal, Spain, Switzerland, Syria and Taiwan all gathered at this small town to exchange and learn from each other.

The opening was held at an outdoor theater, followed up by performances at the black box theater, which was previously a hockey stadium, then school campus, summer cottage by the lake and yachts.

The festival was filled with the Scandinavian flow and charm and the performance of the opening night was featured in the local newspaper “Selänne-lehti.”
