Holding a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) degree from the Department of Dance at the University of Taipei, she formerly served as an adjunct lecturer within the department, possessing a profound choreographic foundation and extensive pedagogical experience.

Currently serving as the Administration Director of B.DANCE, she takes the helm as producer for the company's annual flagship productions. In this executive capacity, she orchestrates administrative strategies and production workflows, seamlessly translating artistic visions into highly executable production blueprints, ensuring every project is meticulously advanced from concept to fruition.

On the international front, she actively drives and executes global touring initiatives, managing cross-border communications and complex resource integration. She has repeatedly represented B.DANCE at milestone international performing arts markets, including the Western Arts Alliance (WAA) Annual Conference and the Association of Performing Arts Professionals (APAP) NYC. Delivering pivotal pitch presentations on these global platforms, she continuously elevates the brand visibility of B.DANCE on the international stage while expanding the company's collaborative network with global arts institutions and agency partners.
