A graduate of the Department of Dance at the National Taipei University of the Arts, she possesses 22 years of professional dance experience and 8 years of experience in performing arts administration and cross-disciplinary integration. Within the team, she manages project operations and core production management, oversees budget planning, and expands cross-industry commercial collaborations.

In international affairs, she focuses on promoting international tours, managing budgets and co-executing projects, and serving as a liaison for overseas partners. Her coordination network includes international co-production theaters and performing arts agencies such as Theatre Bern in Switzerland and Delta Danse in France. She has also represented the dance company at leading international performing arts conferences and presentations, including the WAA in the United States and APAP in New York.

Before returning to the theater, I worked for several years in the commercial sector, responsible for market development and brand operations. After joining B.DANCE in 2018, my role shifted from rehearsal direction to operations management, responsible for translating artistic creation into concrete production execution. Currently, I primarily lead international co-productions and international tours, handling resource integration, contract negotiation, and tour implementation.
